The DNRF Centre of Excellence for Personalised Medicine of Infectious Complications in Immune Deficiency (PERSIMUNE) is hosting a Basic and Translational Research Colloquium on May 20, 16:00-17:00.
This is a platform where people with interest in personalized medicine can meet, discuss, strengthen collaborations, get inspiration and make plans for current and future projects.
On May 20, we will learn more about the Gut microbiota perturbation in IgA deficiency and IgA-autoantibody status(Susanne Brix Pedersen, DTU) as well as the Center for Health Data Science & the National Health Data Science Sandbox (Anders Krogh, Center for Health Data Science at UCPH).

Open-source reproductive rate estimation of SARS-CoV-2 in Denmark

PERSIMUNE have implemented an independent analysis and confirmation of effective reproduction number based on data on new daily admissions provided from Statens Serum Institut (SSI).
